THE BIG JUNGLE GYM. This is Scott's iguana Iggy climbing into his new cage. Here's what Scott had to say about his floor design: This really is a great addition if you choose to make a great cage from Keith's plans. This not only took a while to design but also is HEAVY! My floor is 9 ¼" tall. My total cage height is 7'7". I chose the medium cement mix tub from Home Depot. I put some bathroom caulk around the edges to fill the seams so chips or condensation couldn't make it into the cracks and form mold. The tub only draws 6" (at the most) so you will have plenty of room to make the recessed area. So, aside from the ¾" melamine for the main floor and the ½" ply for the bottom, I still had 8" to work with. Are the wheels turnin' yet? This is my cat George…I think he's jealous.
